Curry Chicken Salad

I love curry chicken salad and I'm really loving making something as simple as chicken salad once a week. There are so many flavor combinations but SP loves the curry.


Sorry for the weird picture. I staked both halves of the sandwich one on top of the other to try to find a good angle for the photo. It's hard to capture a sandwich the way I want to so it shows off the filling.
