Easter Breakfast

Easter was this past Sunday and while we had plans for a delicious lunch at my mom's house I wanted a good, hearty breakfast to start the day.


I browned some breakfast sausages in a pan and diced potato and onion for breakfast potatoes. Some fluffy scrambled eggs rounded out this great breakfast.
